A Different Way of Looking at Home
While I specialize in real estate in the Northern Colorado Front Range as a licensed REALTOR®, my background in physical activity, health, and wellness led me to explore another important component of well-being: the environments where we live. That curiosity led me to building science and healthy-home education—and changed the way I look at homes.
A house is more than its kitchen, flooring, and finishes. It's a combination of systems and spaces that work together to provide comfort, safety, efficiency, and a place for you and your family to live your lives. Factors such as moisture, ventilation, indoor air quality, insulation, heating and cooling systems, and overall building performance can all play a role in how a home functions and feels.
You’re Not Crazy. Your Questions Matter.
My interest in healthy homes is also personal. My family has experienced celiac disease, and I understand how frustrating it can be to know that something isn't right while trying to understand what may be contributing to how you or someone you love is feeling.
That experience taught me the importance of listening, asking questions, and not dismissing what people notice or experience.
When it comes to your home, you're not crazy for noticing that something feels different.
A room may feel unusually hot or cold. A basement may smell musty. You may notice condensation, drafts, or differences in comfort from one room to another.
Those observations don't necessarily tell us why something is happening—but they are worth paying attention to.
My role isn't to diagnose health conditions or determine what is causing someone's symptoms. My role is to help you recognize potential areas that deserve a closer look, ask informed questions, understand what you know—and what you don't yet know—and connect with qualified professionals when further evaluation is appropriate.

Beyond Real Estate
When I'm not helping people find homes and make more informed real estate decisions, I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring the beautiful outdoors here in Colorado.
I believe education and community involvement are important parts of creating better homes and communities. I volunteer with Go Electric Colorado as a certified Rewiring America Electrification Coach, where I help homeowners learn about home electrification options and available resources.
I also volunteer with the Colorado Green Builders Guild, where I continue to learn from and engage with professionals working to improve the way we build, renovate, and maintain our homes.
My approach is always centered on education, not advocacy for a one-size-fits-all solution. Every home and homeowner is different. Whether someone chooses gas, electric, or a combination of both, my goal is to help people understand their options and make decisions based on their home's needs, their budget, and what works best for their family.
Don't Just Buy the House. Understand the Home.
